We offer for rent four cottages accommodating between 1 and 4/5 people. In the main house, two to three adjoining apartments and their terraces can be made communicating to accommodate a group of friends or a family of up to 8 people maximum. With the neighboring house (Les Lauriers), a total of 13 people can be accommodated.
We welcome adults of all ages, cultures, and nationalities (welcoming in French, English, German, and Italian) as well as children from 8 years old.
Booking duration: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months

All accommodations are non-smoking.
Our furry friends are not allowed.
Our rates 2024
Our prices including taxes are discounted compared to mainstream platforms.
Stay duration: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months.
For each apartment, the tourist tax of about 5.5% will be added (variable depending on the number and age of visitors).
Optional: €60 for cleaning package per stay
A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover any potential damage.
Booking and Cancellation Terms
Reservations can be made via email or phone and will be confirmed after payment by bank transfer.
Refund policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation if at least one month before the arrival date.
- 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival.
- 25% refund if canceled 7 days before.
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Access
Come to A Pianatella
The A Pianatella Gîtes are located in Cap Corse, in Santa Severa, at Chioso Gavino, 20228 LURI, north of Bastia.
From Bastia, take the D80 towards Cap Corse. Drive approximately 25 km. Just after the Santa Severa sign, take the left fork just before the hotel Le Clyde (you will see three paths, take the middle one that goes up). Continue for about 200 meters and follow the path that turns right.
The entrance to the property is at the end of the path!
