Things to Know
We offer four gîtes for rent accommodating between 1 and 4/5 people. In the large house, two to three adjoining apartments and their terraces can be made communicative to host a group of friends or a family of up to 9 people maximum. With the neighboring house (Les Lauriers), it can accommodate up to 14 people in total.
We welcome adults of all ages, cultures, and nationalities (welcoming in French, English, German, and Italian) as well as children from the age of 5. For infants, please inquire about availability.
Reservation Duration: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months
Opening: from March 28, 2025, to November 3, 2025

All accommodations are non-smoking.
Our friends animals are not allowed.
Our Rates 2025
Our inclusive rates are discounted compared to public platforms.
Duration of stay: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months.
For each apartment, a Tourist Tax of approximately 5.5% will be added (variable according to the number and age of visitors).
Optional: €60 cleaning fee per stay
A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover any damages.
Reservation and Cancellation Conditions
Reservations are made by email or phone and will be confirmed after payment via bank transfer.
The refund conditions are as follows:
Free cancellation if at least one month before the arrival date.
Refund of 50% if cancellation at least 14 days before arrival.
Refund of 25% if cancellation 7 days before.
No refund for cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Access
Getting to A Pianatella
The Gîtes A Pianatella are located in Cap Corse, in Santa Severa, locality Chioso Gavino, 5 Strada di Lamone, 20228 LURI, north of Bastia.
From Bastia, take the D80 towards Cap Corse. Drive about 25 km. Just after the Santa Severa sign, take the left branch just before the Hotel Le Clyde (see three paths, take the middle one that goes up). Continue for about 200 meters and follow the path that turns right.
The entrance to the property is at the end of the path!
