To know
We offer four holiday rentals accommodating between 1 and 4/5 people. In the main house, two to three adjoining apartments and their terraces can be made communicating to host a group of friends or a family of up to 9 people maximum. With the neighboring house (Les Lauriers), you can reach 14 people in total.
We welcome adults of all ages, cultures, and nationalities (welcome in French, English, German, and Italian) as well as children from 5 years old. For babies, please ask us about availability.
Booking duration: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum during other months
Opening: from March 28, 2025 to November 3, 2025

All accommodations are non-smoking.
Our friends animals are not allowed.
Our rates 2025
Our VAT-inclusive rates are discounted compared to public platforms.
Length of stay: minimum 7 days in July and August, minimum 5 nights during other months.
For each apartment, the Tourist tax of approximately 5.5% will be added (variable depending on the number and age of visitors).
Optional: €60 cleaning fee per stay
A deposit check of €100 will be requested upon arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover possible material damage.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Reservations are made by email or phone and will be confirmed after payment by bank transfer.
The refund conditions are as follows:
Free cancellation if at least one month before the arrival date.
Refund of 50% if cancellation at least 14 days before arrival.
Refund of 25% if cancellation 7 days before.
No refund in case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Access
Coming to A Pianatella
The A Pianatella Gîtes are located in Cap Corse, at Santa Severa, place called Chioso Gavino, 5 Strada di Lamone, 20228 LURI, north of Bastia.
From Bastia, take the D80 towards Cap Corse. Drive about 25 km. Just after the Santa Severa sign, turn left at the junction just before the Le Clyde hotel (see three roads, take the middle one going up). Continue for about 200 meters and follow the road that turns to the right.
The entrance to the property is at the end of the road!
