The washing machine is located in the large communal laundry room shared with the other apartments. Parking is located nearby in the property's garden, private and free of charge.
The hosts live on the first floor.

- Our prices including taxes are discounted compared to public platforms.
- Stay duration: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months.
- Plus a tourist tax of about 5.5% (variable depending on the number and age of visitors).
- Optional: €60 cleaning fee per stay.
- A security deposit of €100 will be requested on arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover any potential damage.

Between beaches, port, and shops
The beach and small port of Santa Severa are within a 7-minute walk, where you will find restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in Luri, a 5-minute drive away. Many shops are nearby. The beautiful sandy beach of Misincu is a 1-minute drive away.
We offer you peace and relaxation, with all the comforts (Internet via Wifi, a selection of TV channels, and bed linen and beach towels provided). You do not need to bring extra linen. The minimum stay is 7 nights in July and August, and 5 nights in other months.
