Ideal for 2 (or even 3) people, this fully equipped 44 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the large villa. The terrace and garden have a view of the sea and the small port of Santa Severa.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a large double bed of 160 X 200 cm, a living/dining room with an American kitchen including a dishwasher, coffee machines with filters and capsules. The bathroom with shower is accessible from the bedroom. The toilet is separate.
The sofa/bed in the dining room can, if necessary, accommodate a 3rd person. The washing machine is located in the large shared laundry room shared with the other apartments. Parking is located nearby in the property's garden, private and free.
The hosts live on the first floor.

- Our prices including taxes are discounted compared to public platforms.
- Length of stay: 7 days minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months.
- Plus tourist tax of around 5.5% (varies depending on the number and age of visitors).
- Optional: €60 cleaning package per stay.
- A security deposit of €100 will be requested upon arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover any potential damage.

Between beaches, port, and shops
The beach and small port of Santa Severa are a 7-minute walk away, where you can find restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in Luri, a 5-minute drive away. Numerous shops are nearby. The beautiful sandy beach of Misincu is a 1-minute drive away.
We offer you peace and rest, with all the comforts (Internet via Wifi, a bouquet of TV channels, and linens and beach towels provided). You do not need to bring extra linens. Minimum stay is 7 nights in July and August, and 5 nights in other months.
