Ideal for 2 (or 3) people, this fully equipped 42 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in the large villa. The terrace and the garden overlook the sea and the small port of Santa Severa.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and separate WC. The sofa/bed in the dining room can accommodate a 3rd person if necessary. The washing machine is in the large shared laundry room shared with the other apartments. Parking is available nearby in the property's private and free garden.

The hosts live on the upper floor.

The beach and the small port of Santa Severa are a 7-minute walk away, where you will find restaurants, cafés, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in Luri, 5 minutes by car. Many shops are nearby. The beautiful fine sandy beach of Misincu is 1 minute by car.

We offer you calm and relaxation, with all the comforts (Internet via Wifi, a bouquet of TV channels, bed and beach linen provided). You do not need to bring extra linen. The stay includes a minimum of 7 nights in July and August, 5 nights in other months.
