Ideal for 2 (or 3) people, this fully equipped 42 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor in the large villa. The terrace and garden offer views of the sea and the small port of Santa Severa.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilets. The sofa bed in the dining room can accommodate a 3rd person if necessary. The washing machine is located in the large shared laundry room with the other apartments. Parking is available nearby in the property's private garden and is free.
The hosts live on the first floor.

Our prices include VAT and are discounted compared to public platforms.
Stay duration: minimum 7 days in July and August, minimum 5 nights in other months.
Plus tourist tax of approximately 5.5% (varies based on number and age of visitors).
Optional: €60 cleaning package per stay.
A security deposit of €100 will be requested upon arrival (and refunded at the end of the stay) to cover any potential damages.

Between beaches, port, and shops
The beach and the small port of Santa Severa are within a 7-minute walk, where you will find restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in Luri, a 5-minute drive away. Many shops are nearby. The beautiful sandy beach of Misincu is a 1-minute drive away.
We offer you peace and rest, with all the comforts (Internet via Wifi, a bouquet of TV channels, linens and beach towels provided). You do not need to bring any additional linens. The minimum stay is 7 nights in July and August, 5 nights in other months.
