Ideal for 2 (possibly 3) people, this fully equipped 42 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the large villa. The terrace and garden overlook the sea and the small port of Santa Severa.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining area with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and separate WC. The dining area’s sofa/bed can accommodate a 3rd person if necessary. The washing machine is located in the large communal laundry shared with the other apartments. Parking is available nearby in the property's private garden, free of charge.
The hosts live on the upper floor.

Our rates include tax and are discounted compared to mainstream platforms.
Length of stay: 7 nights minimum in July and August, 5 nights minimum in other months.
+ Tourist tax of about 5.5% (variable depending on the number and age of visitors)
Optional: €60 cleaning fee per stay
A €100 security deposit will be requested upon arrival (and returned at the end of the stay) to cover any possible material damages.

The beach and the small port of Santa Severa are a 7-minute walk away, where you can find restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located at Luri, 5 minutes by car. Many shops are nearby. The beautiful sandy beach of Misincu is just a minute's drive away.
We offer you peace and relaxation, with all the comfort (Internet via Wifi, a bouquet of TV channels, linens for the bed and beach provided). You do not need to bring extra linens. The stay includes a minimum of 7 nights in July and August, and 5 nights in other months.
