Ideal for 2 (or even 3) people, this fully equipped 42 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of the large villa. The terrace and garden overlook the sea and the small port of Santa Severa.
The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and separate WC. The sofa bed in the dining room can, if necessary, accommodate a third person. The washing machine is located in the large communal laundry room shared with the other apartments. Parking is nearby in the property's garden, private and free of charge.
The hosts live on the upper floor.

The beach and small port of Santa Severa are accessible on foot in 7 minutes, where you will find restaurants, cafés, and a bakery. The pharmacy and supermarket are located in Luri, 5 minutes away by car. Many shops can be found nearby. The beautiful sandy beach of Misincu is 1 minute away by car.
We offer you peace and relaxation, with all the comforts (Internet via Wifi, a bouquet of TV channels, household and beach linen provided). You do not need to bring additional linen. The stay includes a minimum of 7 nights in July and August, 5 nights during the other months.
